Magnolia Lactation will be seeing clients at the Birth Center of Baton Rouge on Tuesdays. Whether you’re experiencing engorgement, low milk supply, or are concerned your baby has a tongue tie, you can now have that care at the birth center.

Craniosacral Therapy

Alongside lactation care, Magnolia Lactation is pleased to offer infant craniosacral therapy (CST) at the Birth Center of Baton Rouge. Infant craniosacral therapy is a gentle form of body work that helps to ease tensions and strains and help to active the nervous system into rest & digest. If your baby seems like they are holding their head up early on, have a preference to one side, are gassy or refluxing – then CST is the ideal choice to help them.

Clients of the birth center may choose one of the following consults as complimentary:

Your complimentary consult is available if you are an active BCBR client (currently receiving prenatal care or have birthed at BCBR in last 6 months. If you had to transfer, you’re included). This consult must take place at the birth center.

Are appointments only open to BCBR clients?

You do not have to be a birth center client to book a lactation or infant craniosacral appointment with Magnolia Lactation at the birth center location. Both insurance and self pay options are available. In fact, if you are a Woman’s client or you are coming from Prairieville or Gonzales, this may be a very convenient location for you!
