We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and turn away other families to honor our commitment to your care. This policy is crucial in allowing us to provide timely and efficient service to all our families.

1. 48 Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations  of appointments. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other families seeking our services.

2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $100 fee will be charged. No cancellation fee applies if the appointment is rescheduled.

3. Any cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will be charged $100.

4. No shows will be charged the full self-pay cost of the appointment.
