Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other families seeking our services.
2. Full Visit Fee for Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $100 fee will be charged. This fee compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you, during which we are unable to serve other families. We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and turn away other families to honor our commitment to your care. As such, adhering to this policy is crucial in allowing us to provide timely and efficient service to all our families.
3. No shows will be charged the full self-pay cost of the appointment.
